Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA) has named Frasers Property Industrial along with Frasers Property Australia as an Employer of Choice for Gender Equality for the sixth year in a row.

 

We are one of a select group of 115 employers recognised for this citation in Australia. Our commitment to leadership accountability, generous leave offerings, gender-neutral paid parental leave, flexible working, pay data analysis and industry involvement with Women in Industrial has paved the way for this recognition.

 

This citation acknowledges our efforts to achieve gender equality and best practices in the workplace. We are proud be an employer working to address systematic gender issues and provide equal opportunities for all employees.
