See why Décor Corporation chose Frasers Property Industrial’s Rubix Connect in Victoria’s Dandenong South as the perfect home for its new distribution centre and head office, in our latest video featuring Mathew Ward and Andrew Hanna.

Décor’s 15,541 sqm facility features a modern 1,000 sqm double-story office, four recessed loading docks, an extensive awning over six at-grade roller shutter doors, 100kW of rooftop solar panels, and a rainwater collection system.

The Melbourne-founded homewares company joins Penguin Random House, Freedom, Ozito Tools, efm Logistics, Nolan Group Australia and Visy Industries at our 41.3-hectare estate, located in Melbourne’s well-connected south east.
