Canvas West, Tarneit, VIC

Our Canvas West estate in VIC is progressing well, with two roads and four facilities currently under construction.

At an estate level, the initial two layers of asphalt have been successfully laid for Norah Court and Droomer Way, and the pedestrian walkway is now 50% complete.

Komatsu Australia and Speculative Development 2A, are making great progress. Both warehouses are now fully enclosed, with internal concrete slabs complete, and preparations for the external concrete hardstand and carpark are underway.

At National Tiles and its adjoining facility, the internal warehouse slabs are in the final stages of completion, and the outdoor spaces and hardstands are already taking form.
