KAN Logistics Park - demolition update

27 February 2023

Demolition is in its second stage at Frasers Property Industrial’s KAN Logistics Park in Bemmel, The Netherlands. The current property and paving onsite at the 5-hectare plot will be sustainably demolished, with 1,000 tons of steel expected to be recycled.

It’s the next step in shaping the new 10-hectare estate, which will feature two extensive distribution centres split across four units, complete with offices and mezzanines. These state-of-the-art buildings will be powered by renewable energy and will use smart metering to optimize energy consumption and usage costs, targeting BREEAM-NL “Very Good” certification upon completion.

The construction of a 30,000 sqm warehouse will be completed by our partner Hercuton in mid-2023, with a second warehouse of the same size following in 2024. For all enquiries and expressions of interest, please contact: Jordy Verhoeven or Yos Otten.

Take a sneak peek at what the final development will look like in the video below.
