KAN Logistics Park - Phase 1 completion

Construction of Phase 1 of our state-of-the-art KAN Logistics Park in Bemmel, the Netherlands, has just been completed by Hercuton, in collaboration with Over Engh Vastgoed. 

 

With modern amenities and high energy efficiency standards, the 30,000 sqm distribution centre is set to become a pioneering model for sustainable logistics development. 

 

The warehouse offers two, immediately available, units measuring 15,747 sqm and 17,561 sqm both benefitting from a 540 sqm office, mezzanine space and ample parking.
