KAN Logistics Park takes shape

6 February 2023

Take a look at how KAN Logistics Park is taking shape in Bemmel, Netherlands, as construction nears the halfway mark for phase one. Using intelligent software modelling BIM, architects, engineers and building partners Hercuton b.v. and Over Engh Vastgoed have been able to collaborate on realistic 3D models to improve cost, safety and efficiency throughout construction.

So far, the façade and roof panels have been fitted, steel construction is halfway installed, and the loading pit area has been poured with concrete.

In the upcoming months, construction on the inside walls in the office space will be complete and asphalt work will also begin for the outside parking spaces.
