The two adjoining facilities, which achieved practical completion last month and are now fully operational, include over 27,025sqm of warehouse and 1,055sqm of office space, eight on-grade roller doors and eight recessed loading docks to meet the two businesses’ manufacturing and logistics needs.

With sustainability features such as rainwater capture and re-use, solar renewable energy, energy efficient sensor lighting and water-saving design, the facilities will also target 5-Star Green Star Design & As Built v1 certified ratings from the Green Building Council of Australia.
