Three facilities completed at Vantage Yatala

Watch to see how our first Premium Estate in QLD, Vantage Yatala, is progressing.

The estate now has fully operational roads and a signalised intersection on Jacobs Well Road, and has welcomed its first three customers, with a combined size of 52,477 sqm.

National Tiles, The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company and PFG Australia all recently reached practical completion, with another 36,589 sqm facility due for practical completion later this month.

Next year will see construction commence on Vantage Yatala’s health and wellbeing precinct, which includes green open space, a full basketball court, two outdoor gyms, sheltered recreational areas, including barbecues and toilet facilities.
