Construction begins at The Anchor in Lelystad, The Netherlands

We’re excited to announce that our general contractor, has begun construction at The Anchor in Lelystad, The Netherlands.

The Anchor is a new logistics facility spanning 36,402 sqm comprising of two units: Unit A, a 15,532 sqm warehouse + 1,389 sqm mezzanine + 1,304 sqm office; and Unit B, a 15,656 sqm warehouse + 1,217 sqm mezzanine + 1,304 sqm office. The groundwork is in progress and piling and foundations works are underway, paving the way for the next phase of the build, which will see concrete columns being laid in the next few weeks.
