Yatala Central fully developed with GMK Logistics completion

We’re proud to announce our 400,000 sqm Queensland estate Yatala Central is fully developed and occupied following the completion of GMK Logistics’ new 47,794 sqm facility.

Constructed by CIP Constructions, GMK’s facility supports their extensive transportation fleet and outsourced warehousing and transportation services, and features a landscaped rooftop terrace for staff events and socialising, a 507 sqm modern office and 12 loading docks.

The sustainability features include a solar photovoltaic system, rainwater capture and reuse system and native plants to support biodiversity. At an estate level, our sustainability initiatives include the planting of over 1,100 trees and 115,000 other plants, the creation of 130 bird nest boxes for native birds and wildlife, and the delivery of around 12 hectares of native woodland.

GMK’s team joins Pacific Optics, Oji Fibre Solutions, BEAULIEU OF AUSTRALIA PTY LTD, SCHÜTZ AUSTRALIA PTY LTD, Reward Hospitality AU and Visy Glass at the estate, which was launched back in 2015.
