Penguin Random House breaking ground at Rubix Connect

We recently celebrated breaking ground at Penguin Random House Australia & New Zealand’s new 38,225 sqm built-to-suit facility at Rubix Connect in Melbourne’s Dandenong South.

Frasers Property Industrial’s Victorian team were delighted to be joined at the event by the Penguin Random House team, builder FDC Construction & Fitout, and Jungala Ellis and Eric Edwards from the Bunurong Land Council Aboriginal Corporation, who performed a Welcome to Country and smoking ceremony.

We look forward to welcoming Penguin Random House’s distributor United Book Distributors to their new facility in early 2025, joining Freedom Australia, Decor, Visy, Nolan Group, Ozito Industries and efm Logistics at the 41.3 hectare estate.
