The latest development will comprise of a 30,823 sqm warehouse, print production and office facility, together with 125 car park spaces.

Puma Australia

 

Global sports brand PUMA occupies a 14,110 sqm warehouse and 442 sqm office space at our Braeside Industrial Estate. Puma's new 5 Star Green Star warehouse includes energy-efficient LED high bay lighting with motion sensors and a control system, a 100kW roof-mounted solar photovoltaic system providing renewable energy and a rainwater storage tank connected to the landscaping irrigation system and main office amenities.

Gale Pacific


Comprising a 9,216 sqm warehouse and 247 sqm office space, Gale Pacific manufacture advanced polymer fabrics, and this facility is utilised for their storage and distribution. The Braeside facility has achieved a 5 Star As Built certification from the Green Building Council of Australia (GBCA). This is the first facility to be rated using the newer Design & As Built v1.2 rating tool. It also features 100kW of on-site solar, expected to generate 128,792kWh annually. Combined with efficient LED lighting throughout the warehouse and office space, this is expected to reduce the peak electricity demand by 72%.

Located at 2 Beyer Road, Braeside, Toll’s 10,787 sqm high clearance facility comprises 10,193 sqm and 591 sqm office. The Braeside facility has achieved a 5 Star As Built certification from the Green Building Council of Australia (GBCA). This is the first facility to be rated using the newer Design & As Built v1.2 rating tool. It also features 100kW of on-site solar, expected to generate 128,792kWh annually. DKSH Australia

 

Frasers Property Industrial has secured a five-lease with DKSH Australia in Melbourne’s Braeside Industrial Estate for an A grade office and warehouse spread across 6,823 sqm (6,381 sqm warehouse and 442 sqm office). DKSH has consolidated its operations in the new facility which features a super awning, two recessed loading docks and a mezzanine office.
