The facility has been designed to target a 6 Star Green Star rating and features a world-class 35m high powder manufacturing tower, 20m silo tower, onsite production and manufacturing, research labs, warehouse storage, and training rooms.

Additionally, the facility prioritises employee wellbeing through high-end interior-designed office space and provides amenities such as an on-site gym, a rooftop terrace and multiple cafes.
