Global technology and logistics provider signs lease at Venlo

We've secured a new lease with a global technology and logistics customer for more than 30,000 sqm at our Venlo facility in the Netherlands, reinforcing the strength of demand for well-located, high-quality logistics space in one of Europe's most established logistics hubs.

Strategically selected for its location and proximity to our new customers existing operations, the Venlo facility will be used for the storage, handling and distribution of medical and laboratory products, as well as pharmaceuticals, highlighting the critical role logistics infrastructure plays in supporting essential supply chains.

This facility is owned by Frasers Logistics & Commercial Trust.
