Leadership transition at Frasers Property Industrial

Frasers Property Limited has announced a planned leadership transition at Frasers Property Industrial. After nearly three decades of dedicated service, our Chief Executive Officer, Reini Otter, will be stepping down to pursue an exciting new career opportunity.

To ensure continuous, seamless operations, Ian Barter, currently Managing Director Australia, will take on interim leadership oversight for both our Australian and European portfolios, effective 1 August 2026, while the Board conducts a search for a permanent successor. 

Reini has been a foundational pillar of Frasers Property for 28 years, spent the last seven as the CEO of Frasers Property Industrial. Alongside our Board and leadership teams, Reini played a crucial role in forming the Frasers Property Industrial platform, successfully scaling our high-performing industrial and logistics business across both Australia and Europe.

With over 25 years of experience in industrial and commercial real estate, he has built deep industry partnerships and shaped our customer-centric culture.

The Board has initiated an orderly search process to appoint a permanent CEO for Frasers Property Industrial and will provide updates to the market in due course.
