Modscape + Modbotics break ground at Vantage Yatala

Together with CIP Constructions and leading modular construction company Modscape + Modbotics, we have officially broken ground on a new advanced manufacturing facility at Vantage Yatala in Stapylton, Queensland. 

Gold Coast Mayor Tom Tate joined representatives from the three organisations to mark the commencement of construction on the 20,918 sqm purpose-built facility, which is due for completion in March 2027.

Designed specifically for Modscape + Modbotics’ advanced manufacturing operations, the facility will provide the capacity to produce the equivalent of a two-bedroom dwelling every two hours and will create 300 local jobs. For Queensland, it marks a new chapter in advanced manufacturing, located in a critical hub with access to a skilled workforce and major supply lines.

Modscape + Modbotics has committed to a 15-year lease at Vantage Yatala, supporting the company’s continued growth and increasing demand for sustainable prefabricated building solutions across Australia. 

The project marks the second collaboration between Frasers Property Industrial and Modscape + Modbotics and another milestone for Vantage Yatala, which is now 85% leased.
