Horsley Park site on exhibition

After several years of collaboration with the Fairfield City Council and the NSW Government, we’re excited to share our proposed Canopy estate in Horsley Park is now on public exhibition. 

This marks a major milestone for our NSW development business. With The YARDS in Kemps Creek nearing being fully leased, the next chapter of growth is already taking shape through Edge in Kemps Creek and now Canopy in Horsley Park. These are two landmark projects that will help define the future of industrial development in Western Sydney. 

Set across 36 hectares, Canopy will deliver eight high-quality industrial buildings totalling 180,000 sqm of GFA, supported by a café, landscaped parks, and walking tracks to enhance employee wellbeing and create a truly connected workplace environment. 

Located close to the M7 and just 15km from the future Western Sydney International (Nancy-Bird Walton) Airport, Canopy underscores our long-term commitment to investing in Western Sydney’s growth creating jobs, supporting infrastructure, and contributing to the region’s economic future.
