2025 GRESB Benchmarks released

Congratulations to our teams for their hard work securing our results for the 2025 GRESB Benchmark.

This year, our REIT Frasers Logistics and Commercial Trust achieved the status of Global Sector Leader - Listed in Diversified – Office/Industrial, along with other outstanding results for our Standing Investments.

Other notable Frasers Property Industrial achievements include:

The Australian portfolio ranked first among peers in Australia in the Industrial: Distribution Warehouse: Non-Refrigerated Warehouse category.
The European portfolio increased by 10 points, raising its star rating to 4 stars.

The team in Germany is making remarkable progress towards our sustainability ambitions. Most recently, they completed the solar installation at The Tube in Düsseldorf. This is the largest solar installation in our European industrial portfolio, featuring a 6,039 MWh photovoltaic system with 14,600 solar panels.

Thank you again to our team for the tremendous effort involved in working with our customers to gather consumption data across the portfolio.
