Lunch to help women advance their careers in the industrial sector

08 October 2024

Recently, along with Women in Industrial we had the pleasure of hosting a fantastic lunch event at our office in Sydney.

The event focused on the topic of occupiers in their built form and it was great to see more than 20 attendees from the WiN member companies CBRE, 151 Property, Charter Hall, GPT, ESR, Cushman & Wakefield, Goodman, TMX Transform, Knight Frank, Realterm and Dexus, come together to network and to listen to our panel discussion.

Big thank you to our Development Manager Yvette Fenech, Matt Logan, Senior Project Manager at TMX Transform and Tracy Armstrong, Director - Portfolio Management at TMX Transform for sharing their insights on the changing needs of occupiers, employee wellbeing and automation trends.

Thank you also to Rachel Millar for hosting the event and Sinead McKerr for moderating the panel.

We are committed to helping women advance their careers in the industrial sector and providing opportunities to learn and develop.

Thank you to everyone who attended and contributed to the discussion.
