It was fantastic to be part of Europe’s largest property trade fair EXPO REAL (Messe München).

Our European team had a great time meeting with industry professionals, showcasing our latest developments and discussing how we can meet customers needs with our high-quality facilities.

During the expo our Managing Director - Europe, Alexander Heubes participated in a panel of industry leaders to discuss the topic, "Supplying the Economy and the Population: Logistics Needs Space!" from Logix where the panellists provided insights into the increasing demand for industrial and commercial space in Germany, the challenges when developing brownfield sites and which regions are emerging as key locations for growth.
