Three new leases signed in WA, VIC and QLD

We have completed three new leasing deals spanning 22,650 sqm in Queensland, Victoria, and Western Australia:

 

East Coast Freight, 103-131 Wayne Gross Drive, Berrinba QLD:

Operating as a 3PL on the eastern seaboard of Australia, East Coast Freight have commenced their three-year lease in February 2024 in a 6,322 sqm facility located at a prime A-grade site along the Logan Motorway corridor in Brisbane. The property is fitted with sustainability features throughout, including 50kW of solar panels, LED lighting, water-efficient fittings, and rainwater reuse.

 

Burst Foods (Kinrise), trading as Cobs Fine Food, Warehouse A, 78-88 Atlantic Drive, Keysborough VIC:

The privately owned food manufacturing company have commenced their three-year lease this month. The facility comprises a 337 sqm double-storey office and 6,452 sqm warehouse, situated in The Key Industrial Estate, our well-established industrial estate in Melbourne's south east.

 

Foodfolk, Warehouse B, 60 Paltridge Road, Perth Airport WA:

Foodfolk, an inflight catering company servicing local and international airlines, have commenced their nine-year lease in February 2024. Their facility comprises a 565 sqm office and 8,974 sqm warehouse, located within the Perth Airport industrial precinct.
