We pride ourselves on the excellent service we offer our customers and strong relationships we have with many businesses.

We recently spoke with Michael Wagner, Operations Manager at BASF Logistics, a leading chemicals company in Germany.

We have been working with BASF for more than five years on the development and management of their fit for purpose facility. The facility, which is located northeast of Mannheim in one of Germany's most sought-after logistics markets, sits on a 36,000 sqm land plot, comprising a warehouse spanning 18,000 sqm and 2,000 sqm of office and mezzanine space.

In the video, Michael discusses the collaboration with our property management team: "We have short response times and high quality of service. We also have a defined contact person; the availability and access are excellent, and the cooperation was just as we had hoped for from day one."
