Canvas West | Construction update

21 September 2023

Want to learn about how construction is progressing at Canvas West in VIC?

Several facilities are making significant strides, including National Tiles, Komatsu Australia, and Speculative Development 2A & 3A.

At National Tiles & Spec 3A, progress includes the near completion of the office and warehouse structure, and the commencement of office glazing installation. External hardstands are also progressing well.

Komatsu’s facility & Spec 2A are also making excellent progress. The warehouse, office roofs, and wall cladding are almost complete, and the internal warehouse slabs have commenced. In addition, the framing and rough-in work for the offices are in progress, with plans to start the office façade later this month.

Canvas West’s infrastructure has also made great progress on the construction of Norah Court and Droomer Way which will enhance access to all facilities.

We look forward to sharing more updates as the estate progresses.
