Alexander Heubes our Managing Director Europe spoke in a panel discussion alongside industry leaders Marc Daiß and Dr. Joachim Wieland at the EUROFORUM Annual Conference 2023 in Berlin, Germany this week.

Alex discussed how land shortage challenges may impact the future of real estate, forcing the industry to become more creative and focus on brownfield developments. Frasers Property Industrial’s project The Tube in Düsseldorf is a prime example of how we are building for the future.
