Smartvatten installation across European properties

03 August 2023

Harnessing measurable technology is core to our sustainability strategy, which is why we’ve equipped almost all of our European properties with Smartvatten devices to help monitor water usage in real time.

The smart water devices allow our customers to minimise their environmental impact by identifying and quickly resolving potential operational issues. We’ve already seen leaks quickly and accurately resolved at two of our properties in Europe, savings thousands of litres of water and reducing the possibility of building damage.

At Frasers Property Industrial, we will continue to innovate using technology at all properties as we build for a better future.
