National R U OK? Day 2022

8 September 2022

Do you know how to spot the signs that someone might be doing it tough?

The theme for this year's R U OK DAY? is: 'Ask R U OK? No qualifications needed, because a conversation could change a life.'

This National Day of Action is a reminder for all of us that every day is the day to ask ‘are you OK?’ and start a meaningful conversation whenever you spot the signs that someone you care about might be struggling with life.

That’s why it’s so important we partner with organisations like Healthy Heads in Trucks and Sheds . Together we understand the unique challenges faced by those in the transport, warehousing and logistics industry.
