KAN Logistics, newest development in The Netherlands

16 September 2022

Frasers Property Industrial is proud to introduce our latest development in The Netherlands, KAN Logistics Park in Bemmel. Located at Knooppunt Arnhem Nijmegen, the estate has been named KAN Logistics Park to highlight its prime location in the highly connected junction.

The 11 Ha estate will feature two extensive distribution centres split into four Units, totaling 63,000sqm including office and mezzanine space. It is envisaged that the state-of-the-art buildings will be powered by renewable energy and use smart metering to optimise energy consumption and usage costs, targeting BREEAM-NL “Very Good” certification upon completion.

The first 30,000sqm of warehouse space will become available from mid-2023. For all enquiries and expressions of interest, please contact: Jordy Verhoeven, Yos Otten or Nick van den Engel LL.B
