Our European Sustainability Manager, Sophia Holighaus, presented on the environmental responsibilities of industrial developers and new ways to sustainably revitalise brownfield developments at Heuer Dialog GmbH and the City of Düsseldorf’s 6th “Immobilien-Dialog Düsseldorf” conference.

 

Sophia discussed how Frasers Property Industrial’s latest Europe project The Tube, in Germany, is a leading example of sustainable innovation, highlighting its careful and considered deconstruction that is targeting industry-first DGNB certification.
