Sustainability certifications achieved in half of European portfolio

16 assets across Germany have recently achieved the BREEAM Official In-Use certification, an important result that contributes to our ambitious sustainability targets and commitment as a global industry leader in sustainability.

 

The German TÜV Süd evaluated the facilities against key environmental categories including energy, materials, pollution, waste, water, health, transport, management and innovation

 

With a further six assets in The Netherlands are also recognised by BREEAM, Frasers Property Industrial now has almost half of our European portfolio certified, and we’re committed to continuing to partner with customers to ensure even more of our assets in the region can achieve sustainability certifications.
