STEPtember fundraiser for Cerebral Palsy Alliance

6 October 2022

Frasers Property Industrial stepped up in STEPtember, taking on the challenge of reaching at least 10,000 steps a day to fundraise for the Cerebral Palsy Alliance.

We had 115 Australian team members walk, run, cycle and even swim their way through the daily challenge, to support life-changing research, treatment and support services for people living with the disability.

Frasers Property is proud to have achieved more than 23 million steps and successfully raised $30,784 throughout September. Thank you to everyone who participated in and supported this important initiative, as well as Ceri Gwin-Morgan for coming in to talk to our team about the Cerebral Palsy Alliance’s important work.

Donations for STEPtember can be made until the end of October here: https://www.steptember.org.au/fundraisers/fraserspropertyaustralia

Congratulations to our top three fundraisers: Allan Austin, Sinead McKerr and Anis Ennaim, as well as our top fundraising team: The Brisbane Bullets (Allan Austin, Malcolm Johnson, Troy Whalan and Ryan Parsons).

Congratulations to our top steppers: Hannah Ferson, Josh Toohey and Lena Peacock, as well as our top stepping team: Won Direction, who made 3.25 million steps (Josh Toohey, Lena Peacock, Melissa Balaz and William Villaflor).

Today is world Cerebral Palsy Day. Cerebral Palsy is one of the least understood disabilities, yet it is the most common physical disability in childhood, with 17 million people across the world living with Cerebral Palsy.
