IVE Group reaches completion in Victoria

We’ve delivered on our cutting-edge Building Design Guidelines for the first time by reaching practical completion on IVE Group’s state-of-the-art facility in south east Melbourne. The 30,824 sqm adjoining warehouse, print production and office at Frasers Property Industrial’s Braeside Industrial Estate is a milestone achievement in our commitment to providing healthy and sustainable spaces for customers and their employees.

Built by CIP Constructions, the facility features a super awning, sustainable materials, outdoor spaces with generous seated planters, green walls, and statement trees. The facility has also been designed to target a 5 Star Green Star Design & As Built v1 rating from the Green Building Council of Australia.
