PRIMAKLIMA tree donation

2 August 2022

Frasers Property Industrial is committed to creating a more sustainable future for the industrial sector and reaching our goal of being a net-zero carbon company by the end of 2030.

We asked European customers to anonymously share their facilities’ energy, water and gas consumption levels to assist in tracking our carbon footprint and reaching our Global Real Estate Sustainability (GRESB) rating.  In exchange, we have committed to planting trees for each customer, to actively filter greenhouse gas CO2 out of the environment. We have partnered with non-profit organisation PRIMAKLIMA for a second time and have successfully planted 800 trees, so far.

Frasers Property Industrial has also green-certified another eight buildings across Europe with dozens more anticipated.

Thank you to our partner PRIMAKLIMA for their dedication to climate protection, and to our European customers for helping to maintain environmental efficiency of our buildings.
