6 Green Star Certification, GBCA

June 2021

The Arlec & Spec facility in the West Park Estate in Victoria, has achieved a 6 Star Design & As Built v1.1 certification from the Green Building Council of Australia (GBCA).

On this project, Frasers Property Industrial supplied 100% outdoor air supply above Australian Standards, conducted air tightness testing and acoustic testing on the office areas. The facility also features 100kW of on-site solar, LED lighting throughout and 100kL of rainwater storage capacity to reduce the facilities energy consumption and potable water consumption.

Frasers would like to extend their thanks to Charles and the VIC team on their hard work to deliver another Green Star certified facility.
