Vivin Imports, Horsley Park - 6 Star As-Built Certified

August 2019

Frasers Property Industrial in Australia has finally closed out all the 6 star ratings at the Horsley Drive Business Park in NSW, after converting the 6 Star Design rating to an As-built rating.

Vivin was an especially challenging project due to the difficulty with the stormwater strategy on site, with multiple back and forth with the Green Building Council. The project obtained substantial points to secure the rating.

Frasers Property Industrial would like to thank the team for their consistent hard work in ensuring the compliance requirements were to the Green Star standards.
