4Ten Epping hosts Healthy Heads in Trucks & Sheds Roadshow

We welcomed the Healthy Heads in Trucks & Sheds Roadshow truck at our 4Ten Epping estate in Victoria this week. This aligns with our ongoing commitment to raise awareness on mental wellbeing in the industrial sector. 

 

Hosted at Kitchen Warehouse’s new facility within the estate, the event had over 130 employees from Mazda Australia, Intelligent Engineering and GMK Logistics. Healthy Heads delivered an insightful toolbox talk, equipping our customers with valuable mental health resources to support truck drivers, warehouse, and distribution workers. 

 

The roadshow travels across Australia, offering industry-specific tips for maintaining mental health and overall wellbeing in the road transport, warehousing, and logistics sectors. By connecting people face-to-face and providing tailored resources, it’s making a positive impact across the industry.
