Roermond welcome event

We have officially welcomed UPS Supply Chain Solutions to its modern state-of-the-art warehouse and distribution centre at Frasers Park Roermond, in the Netherlands.

We joined our customer alongside development partner E-Prop and general contractor VDR Bouwgroep in celebrating the milestone over lunch, thanking all parties for their important contribution in bringing the site to life.

Frasers Park Roermond showcases Frasers Property Industrial’s focus on creating places where resources are sustainably reused and recycled when possible. The estate, which has achieved a BREEAM-NL “Excellent” certification, is gas and nitrogen free, has a minimal carbon footprint and includes 10,000+ rooftop solar panels which are able to power the centre as well as nearby UPS facilities. The project drives advanced automation and ESG requirements by UPS Supply Chain Solutions and is a flagship facility for the global 3PL.

We look forward to working with UPS SCS as its operations continue at the newly developed site.
