Reini Otter leads Frasers Property Industrial’s operations across Australia and Europe, with responsibility for strategy, performance and long-term value creation across the Group’s industrial and logistics portfolio.

He also has sponsor oversight of Frasers Logistics & Commercial Asset Management, the manager of the Singapore-listed Frasers Logistics & Commercial Trust. Reini is focused on delivering future-ready industrial and logistics facilities that support customers’ growth while generating sustainable value across Frasers Property’s multinational network.

Reini has been with Frasers Property Industrial since 1998 and has held a number of senior leadership positions across the Group, including Executive General Manager of Frasers Property Australia’s Commercial & Industrial and Investment Property division.

He was appointed as a Non-Executive, Non-Independent Director of Frasers Logistics & Commercial Asset Management in July 2020 and represents Frasers Property on the board of Healthy Heads in Trucks & Sheds.

Responsible for overseeing all financial and risk-related matters relating to the strategic business unit. Matt has been with Frasers Property since 2007 and has been the Chief Financial Officer for Frasers Property Industrial for the past 3 years. 

He previously served as Chief Financial Officer for Frasers Property Australia for 5 years. Prior to joining Frasers Property, Matt spent 10 years with PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Matt is a member of the Finance Committee for Frasers Property Industrial and the Investment Committee for Frasers Property UK.

Responsible for providing strategic leadership for the management of the Singapore-listed REIT. Robert works closely with the board of directors and management team to drive the overall business and investment strategies of FLCT. Robert has been with Frasers Property since 2007. 

Prior to joining the REIT Manager at IPO in 2016, Robert was the Executive General Manager of Investment Property at Frasers Property Australia.  He has been involved in many facets of the business including group strategy, funds management, acquisitions and dispositions, portfolio management, divisional reporting and capital sourcing. Robert was also the JV Manager for the Australand Logistics Joint Venture and the Fund Manager for Australand Wholesale Property Fund No. 6.

Ian Barter is responsible for Frasers Property Industrial’s strategic direction in Australia, including the Group’s financial and operational performance across the local portfolio.

Ian has more than 25 years of experience in industrial and commercial property and has been with Frasers Property Industrial since 2005. He has played a key role in shaping the current Australian portfolio and platform, with a strong focus on customer-centric outcomes and organisational culture. He represents Frasers Property as Chair of the Property Council of Australia's Industrial Roundtable.

Prior to joining Frasers Property Industrial, Ian worked across a range of real estate investment trusts and international property companies. He has held senior roles across industry bodies and previously served as Chair of the Property Council of Australia’s Industrial and Logistics Committee.

Alexander Heubes is responsible for Frasers Property Industrial’s European business, leading a team of more than 70 employees across the region.

Alexander focuses on portfolio management, customer solutions and disciplined growth across a diverse range of industry sectors, including transport and logistics, food, retail and consumer goods.

Prior to joining Frasers Property Industrial in April 2020, Alexander spent almost 13 years with Prologis, most recently as Senior Vice President and Country Manager for Germany, where he was responsible for a portfolio of approximately 2.3 million sqm.

Responsible for our people & culture strategy, Ranna has been with Frasers Property since 2005. Passionate about building a high-performance culture and developing property’s future thought leaders, she works to bring our values to life for employees, customers and stakeholders. 

Prior to joining Frasers Property Industrial, Ranna worked in various operational and strategic human resources roles.

Responsible for our overall legal direction, Brad has been with Frasers Property since 2003. He provides legal and strategic guidance on a wide range of business matters, including complex transactions, funds, multi-party joint ventures, investment trusts, disputes, tax, insurance and governance.

While Brad is commercially and customer focused, legal risk is equally top of mind. His life-long experience in the industry allows him to apply the right balance of the two to any given issue, whether it’s transaction or corporate related. 

Prior to joining Frasers Property Industrial, he worked at two of Australia’s largest law firms.
