The Tube on the former site of Vallourec Rohrwerke in Düsseldorf Reisholz, a multifunctional industrial and commercial park of around 74,000 m² is being created that sets new standards. In a unique city location and with an extraordinary concept, the tube is creating new space - for state-of-the-art areas of various sizes with flexible usage options.

Keeping an eye on resources

Conservation of resources, recycling and a focus on the users are the foundation of sustainability on which The Tube is built. The green roof helps improve the microclimate, and the photovoltaic system supplies green electricity. All with the goal of building and operating the tube in a CO2-neutral manner.
