VastHub, Germany, on track

30 October 2025

VastHub, our new industrial and logistics park in Germany, is on track with preparations for certified demolition of old builds underway.

Located in Itzehoe, VastHub will offer around 100,000 sqm of multifunctional space, located north of Hamburg near the A23 motorway and the Port of Hamburg.

VastHub has been designed to be a central hub, providing companies with the space and infrastructure they need to grow and future-proof their operations in logistics, production, and trade – key drivers of growth in the area.

The development will target DGNB Gold certification, as well as offering smart metering, solar energy, rainwater collection, green roofs, and various green spaces to promote biodiversity and enhance well-being.
