Rafael Fuchsgruber speaks at staff event

27 June 2023

Our European team – along with some special guests from our Australia and Asia team – heard an inspirational address from Germany’s most successful desert runner, Rafael Fuchsgruber, at FPInfinity this week.

Having circumnavigated the globe twice on foot, Rafael offered insights about how the extremes of athletic limits can be applied to everyday life and work. He focused on managing change with resilience, achieving goals using strategies taken from extreme sports, and the link between success, self-reflection and energy.

As a systemic coach and years of experience pushing himself in extreme environments, it was a fascinating insight into how the human mind can be leveraged for better performance, greater wellbeing and enhanced relationships.

Thanks to Rafael for joining our team for the day and sharing your incredible story!
