Is a multi-national business that operates across five asset classes – residential, retail, commercial & business parks, industrial & logistics, as well as hospitality. 

 

The Group has businesses in Southeast Asia, Australia, Europe and China, and its well-established hospitality business owns and/or operates serviced apartments and hotels in over 70 cities and 20 countries across Asia, Australia, Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Leading the Group’s industrial and logistics operations across Australia and Europe, including sponsor oversight of Frasers Logistics & Commercial Asset Management, the manager of Singapore-listed Frasers Logistics & Commercial Trust. Reini has been with Frasers Property Industrial since 1999. He is committed to delivering future-ready industrial and logistics facilities that support customers’ growth, as well as generating value across the multi-national network.   

 

Reini has held a number of senior leadership positions within Frasers Property, including a highly successful stint as Executive General Manager of Frasers Property Australia’s Commercial & Industrial and Investment Property division.

 

Reini was appointed as Non-Executive and Non-Independent Director of Frasers Logistics & Commercial Asset Management from July 2020. He also represents Frasers Property as Chairman of the Industrial Roundtable for Property Council of Australia and is on the Board of Directors of Healthy Heads in Trucks & Sheds.

Responsible for overseeing all financial and risk-related matters relating to the strategic business unit. Matt has been with Frasers Property since 2007 and has been the Chief Financial Officer for Frasers Property Industrial for the past 3 years. 

 

He previously served as Chief Financial Officer for Frasers Property Australia for 5 years. Prior to joining Frasers Property, Matt spent 10 years with PricewaterhouseCoopers.

 

Matt is a member of the Finance Committee for Frasers Property Industrial and the Investment Committee for Frasers Property UK.

Anthea oversees the management, business direction, and operations of FLCT. Anthea has over 26 years of investment, development, and asset management experience in the real estate industry. Her expertise spans across various geographies in Asia Pacific and Europe, and she has worked with diverse asset classes, including industrial, business parks, commercial, and data centre. 

 

Before joining FLCT, Anthea spent the past 16 years in REIT management at the prestigious Keppel Group. For the last eight years, she served as the CEO of Keppel DC REIT, demonstrating her strong leadership and management skills. Prior to that Anthea spent around a decade developing and managing industrial properties with esteemed companies like JTC Corporation and Ascendas Land (Singapore) Pte Lt.d.

Responsible for Fraser Property Industrial’s strategic direction in Australia and its financial and operational performance, Ian has more than 25 years of experience in industrial and commercial property. Ian has been instrumental in creating the current portfolio and platform, having been with Frasers Property Industrial since 2005, and places a strong focus on customer-centricity and culture.

 

Prior to joining Frasers Property, he worked for real estate investment trusts and international property companies. He has been a member of various industry bodies and previously was the Chair of the Industrial and Logistics Committee for the Property Council of Australia.

He has a deep understanding and rich experience across a full range of industry sectors, including transport and logistics, food, retail and consumer goods businesses.

 

Prior to joining Frasers Property Industrial in April 2020, Alexander spent almost 13 years with Prologis – the last five as Senior Vice President and Country Manager Germany, where he was responsible for a portfolio of 2.3 million sqm.

Responsible for our overall legal direction, Brad has been with Frasers Property since 2003. He provides legal and strategic guidance on a wide range of business matters, including complex transactions, funds, multi-party joint ventures, investment trusts, disputes, tax, insurance and governance.

 

While Brad is commercially and customer focused, legal risk is equally top of mind. His life-long experience in the industry allows him to apply the right balance of the two to any given issue, whether it’s transaction or corporate related. 

 

Prior to joining Frasers Property Industrial, he worked at two of Australia’s largest law firms.

He has extensive experience covering all aspects in the lifecycle of an asset, including acquisition, asset management, development management, leasing, portfolio management, strategy, financing and disposal.

 

His personalised approach has resulted in many strong, long-term and mutually beneficial customer and stakeholder relationships.

 

Prior to joining Frasers Property Industrial, Andrew spent 20 years working as a real estate specialist. He holds a Bachelor of Land Economy and a Masters of Applied Finance.

Responsible for developing and running the NSW development  business, Roland has been with Frasers Property Industrial since 2016, and has experience in development, leasing and asset management, as well as valuations and investor relations.

 

Roland has led the development of some of Frasers Property Industrial’s most innovative sites, including The Horsley Park Estate, Eastern Creek and The Yards.

 

Prior to joining Frasers Property, he worked for one of Australia’s largest property groups in asset services and property funds management.

Responsible for managing the Queensland development business, Troy has been with Frasers Property Industrial since 2014 and has an unrivalled knowledge of the state’s industrial property market. 

 

His leadership skills, wide network and multi-faceted approach to finding development solutions have helped to deliver over $500 million worth of projects.

 

Prior to joining Frasers Property Industrial, he led the industrial division of a global commercial real estate agency.

Prior to joining Frasers Property Industrial, Andrew worked with one of Australia’s major property institutions, focusing on industrial development and national customer joint ventures.

Responsible for overseeing the finance functions of the Australian business, Alex has been with Frasers Property Industrial since 2010 in a variety of finance roles.

 

Possessing strong commercial acumen, he is highly experienced across financial and management reporting, treasury, risk management and financial planning, and analysis. 

 

Prior to joining Frasers Property Industrial, he worked as a chartered accountant. 

 

Alex is a member of the 2021/22 Property Council Committees.

Responsible for corporate, financial and taxation matters, Benjamin has been with Frasers Property Industrial for since 2007, most recently as the General Manager – Treasury & Strategy for the business’ Australian arm.

Responsible for driving new acquisitions and investment in the German market, Wilhem has supported business development for Frasers Property Industrial in Europe for seven years.

 

Wilhelm holds a degree in Real Estate Economics, with expertise in research, investment and project finance. Before joining Frasers Property Industrial, Willhelm was the Head of Research and Project Controlling at Alpha Industrial, where he provided financing for various project developments and was the first point of contact for lenders, investors, and disposals.

Prior to joining Frasers Property Industrial, he was an analyst at Syntrus Achmea Real Estate, focusing on non-listed real estate investments in Europe, the United States and Asia Pacific.

Prior to joining Frasers Property Industrial, Carsten worked at a number of multi-national companies, such as Goodman and Aurelis Real Estate.
