We began developing property in Australia in 1924, and today we’re part of the global Frasers Property Group, with assets in more than 80 cities around the world. Our multi-national nature creates value for our customers and opportunities for our own people.

Employment benefits



We provide meaningful an competitive employee benefits specific to each of the countries we operate in. For example, in Australia, this includes paid parental leave. We also provide study support across Australia, Europe and Singapore.


Your Health

The health and wellbeing of our employees is important to us. In Australia we offer discounted health-fund membership rates with Medibank Private, annual flu shots and confidential counselling for employees and immediate family members through our external Employee Assistance Program. Our sustainability strategy also includes tangible commitments to enhancing the health and wellbeing of our staff.



Globally, we’ve adopted the theme of ‘wellness’ to guide our Group’s approach to corporate and social responsibility. In Australia we have two national partnerships that champion this theme:

The name Frasers Property Industrial is synonymous with industry leadership, but it's our reputation and experience that delivers the authenticity and trust customers demand. With a continuously growing number of assets being managed from Australia to Europe, we know our products, and have the insight to deliver them to the highest standards.

Reini Otter Chief Executive Officer

Reini is responsible for Frasers Property Industrial. He oversees the Group’s logistics and industrial operations in Australia and Europe, and Frasers Logistics and Commercial Asset Management Pte. Ltd., the manager of Singapore-listed Frasers Logistics & Commercial Trust. Reini is also a Non-Executive and Non-Independent Director of Frasers Logistics & Commercial Asset Management Pte. Ltd, as of July 2020.

Reini joined the Group’s Australian operations in 1998 and has held senior leadership positions within the Commercial & Industrial business in Australia for over 15 years. Reini is also a Healthy Heads in Trucks & Sheds Board Director.

Matt Knox Chief Financial Officer

Matt has been the Chief Financial Officer of Frasers Property Industrial since its formation in 2019. Matt previously served as CFO for Frasers Property Australia for five years. He has worked in Frasers Property’s Australian operations since 2007 when it was listed on the ASX as Australand, and as CFO when Frasers Property acquired Australand in 2014.

Matt is a member of the Finance Committee for Frasers Property Industrial and a member of the Investment Committee for Frasers Property UK. Before entering the property industry, Matt spent ten years with PricewaterhouseCoopers Sydney, in audit and transaction services roles.

Ranna Alkadamani General Manager, People & Culture

Ranna is responsible for developing and implementing our people strategy across Frasers Property Industrial’s mult-inational platform; specifically, focused on building a high-performance culture and developing the future thought leaders of property.

Ranna has led the transformation of our culture in Australia over the last 5+ years to one that is consistently constructive, collaborative and focused on developing people. Ranna is passionate about equality and diversity and has led the company in Australia to be certified as an Employer of Choice for Gender Equality and White Ribbon Workplace accreditation.

Ranna has been active in the Property Council of NSW, having held roles on the NSW Diversity Council and as a mentor. She has been the company’s Implementation Leader of the Property Male Champions of Change since 2016.

Marine Calmettes Sustainability Manager - Australia and Europe

Marine is responsible for developing and implementing Frasers Property Industrial’s sustainability vision, which is to create future focused long term sustainable assets that create value for customers, improve the health and well-being of the people that work there and leave a positive legacy.

Marine has been with Frasers Property for over five years and is a Green Star Accredited professional, NABERS and Commercial Building Disclosure Accredited Assessor, WELL Accredited Professional and Certified Passive House Consultant. Marine holds a Master’s in Environmental Management at UNSW, a Bachelor of Business and Management and a Bachelor of Arts (History).
