The "Future of Work" Opportunity

21 MARCH 2022

Our General Manager People & Culture, Ranna Alkadamani, was recently interviewed by Qantas magazine to discuss the Frasers Property culture, how we foster and protect it, and how a new study will reveal new paths to the way our culture will shape the way we work, and the places in which we do so, in the future.

Frasers Property recently established a partnership with the University of NSW Business School to investigate current workforce preferences and how they’ll evolve in light of the pandemic.

As Ranna explains, the COVID-19 experience has provided a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to re-examine and re-imagine our workforces and our workplaces.

The results of the study will be fascinating and the challenge for our business will be to remain adaptive. To be able to draw on our culture will be an advantage as we adapt to future trends and preferences.

By constantly working on our culture, acknowledging and respecting culture as a living thing, we will remain a workplace that attracts and retains the best people. A place in which people belong and in which they can grow.
